Strategy

Start with the objective

Strategy is where marketing decisions get made deliberately. Adverixa turns what you know about your business, audience and market into a practical plan that creative, media and digital work can follow.

Chapter 01

Discovery

Discovery is the process of understanding the situation before proposing anything. We review what you already know — previous campaigns, customer feedback, sales conversations, website information — and identify what is assumed rather than known.

This stage is deliberately practical. The aim is not to produce a large document but to surface the facts, constraints and open questions that will shape every later decision.

What is the business trying to achieve, and by when?
What has been tried before, and what was learned?
What information is available, and how reliable is it?
Chapter 02

Audience

Marketing that tries to speak to everyone rarely speaks clearly to anyone. We define the primary audience specifically: who they are, what they need, what they currently believe, and what might prompt them to act.

Where formal research is not available, we work from the best information you hold and are transparent about where judgement is being applied.

Chapter 03

Market Context

No message exists in isolation. We look at how alternatives present themselves, which messages are already common in the category, and where there is room to communicate something distinct and true.

The goal is not to imitate the market, but to understand it well enough to stand apart honestly.

Chapter 04

Positioning

Positioning defines the place an organisation or offer should hold in its audience’s mind. A useful positioning is specific, relevant to the audience and supported by evidence. We develop positioning statements that can guide creative work and remain stable across campaigns.

Chapter 05

Messaging

Messaging turns positioning into language. We create a clear message hierarchy: the core message, the supporting points that make it credible, and guidance on tone. This gives creative and digital teams a consistent foundation.

Chapter 06

Channel Planning

With audience and message defined, channel planning becomes a reasoned choice rather than a habit. We consider where the audience can be reached, what each channel does well, how channels support one another, and what the budget can realistically sustain.

Chapter 07

Measurement Planning

We agree before launch what will be reviewed and why, which tools and data sources will be used, what a baseline looks like, and what the information can and cannot show. Measurement planning makes later conversations clearer and keeps expectations realistic.
